Description

Vetehi, derived from the Finnish word "vetehinen", are a subspecies of dragons, evolved to look like humans in order to lure their prey in. 
Their species info and lore can be found from here but there is no need to follow it if you don't want to. 

Vetehi is a closed subspecies!

66. Mariana's Trench

Living deep where the sunlight doesn't reach, this vetehi mostly stays within the comfortable darkness.
With their glowing body and the lure at the tail's tip, they use the light to attract unsuspecting prey.
Once in a while they come closer to the surface, delighting in sinking down ships.

It's certain this vetehi is the source of many old stories about giant sea monsters.
