Personality

Desiree is a mysterious individual who doesn’t let much known of himself. Usually people are dealing with him through work, and there he is generally polite and professional, not letting anything out than is necessary - unless you have enough money to pay.

Known to be extremely practical, Desiree usually doesn’t talk any more than is necessary, and he has an ability to sum up things very effectively in only a few words or sentences. This can make him somewhat frustrating at times though as he can be somewhat blunt and insensitive: sparing someone’s feelings usually isn’t particularly high on his priority list - it comes with the profession. Although Desiree is known to be incredibly strict and precise to the point his subordinates fear him, he can also be kind, attentive and even supportive when needed. He prefers having good relationship with his subordinates, but also constantly keep them on their toes and remind them he is also in charge of them, and is capable of punishing them entirely on his own if they mess up or betray him and the agency.

Desiree isn’t the head of the agency as there is a person above him, but as this person is never really present and operates from elsewhere, Desiree is technically the leader of the agency - and to his subordinates he most definitely is the number one authority in spirit, if nothing else.

Known for his zero tolerance for taking sides in the profession, a certain kind of passive and neutral view on everyone around him characterizes Desiree. He has very little interest in picking sides and prefers only taking care of himself. He isn’t entirely heartless and is capable of sympathy just like majority of people, but he prioritizes himself higher than most.

Although overwhelmingly confident and thus assuring his dominance over most people right off the bat, Desiree, as everyone, has his insecurities as well. He can sometimes be somewhat self conscious of his looks and he tolerates not a single jeer regarding the topic - at worst he opens the fire immediately. He also doesn’t want to talk about his past, and those who try to find out more are usually either threatened out of it, or just downright gotten rid of for good. As he tends to think of himself first and foremost, he can appear somewhat heartless and merciless when his insecurities are brought up.

Getting along with him is easy as long as you don’t try to step on his toes, but befriending him seems to be almost impossible - but only “almost”.
